What is HIT OCD?

The High-Intensity Treatment (HIT) Program for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is an integrated, evidence-based, and highly structured intervention designed to provide rapid and effective symptom relief for individuals with OCD.

OCD is a chronic mental health condition with a lifetime prevalence of approximately 2-3%. Current therapeutic options, such as pharmacological interventions and traditional counselling, yield reasonable results for a considerable group of people, but sometimes the treatment methods yield limited and inconsistent results in certain individuals. Challenges such as frequent exacerbations, treatment resistance, low adherence highlight the need for innovative and intensive care approaches for OCD.
